Gymnastics Toddlers, Pre-School and the Youngest School Boys and Girls
Ages 1.5-3 (Tiny Tumblers), 3-5 (Fun&Flip), 5-7 (Mini Olympians)
Focus on developing fundamental movement skills and body awareness.
Introduction to basic gymnastics positions, such as tuck, pike, and straddle.
Activities promoting balance, coordination, and flexibility.
Simple exercises like forward rolls, bunny hops, and bear walks.

Gymnastics Levels 1,2 Boys and Girls
Ages 7-11 years old
Build on the fundamental skills learned in pre-school, with increased difficulty.
Continue developing body awareness, coordination, and flexibility.
Skills to work on: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands against a wall, cartwheels, pullovers on the bar, and basic jumps on the vault.

Private Gymnsatics Lessons
Ages 6-11 years old
The program of individual lessons, which includes basic elements and advanced elements of gymnastics, depending on gymnast expierence.
Build upon the skills learned in Level 1, with increased difficulty and more complex movements. Focus on individual programs for Boys and Girls included: handstands without wall support, round-offs, back handsprings on a soft surface, front support on the bars etc.
